Entry Fee: $25 per piece
Eligibility: Any amateur or professional artist
Specifications: Any medium, painting, sculpture, photography or mixed medium that explores the theme of “Childhood in its Landscape”
Deadline for Entries: Entries can be dropped off anytime at Good Girl Art Gallery before March 23rd. (Hours are 10-8 Tues.-Fri., and 11-8 on Sat.)
Email notification for accepted pieces & cash prize winner: March 21, 2010
Opening Reception for exhibit: Fri. April 2nd, 2010 closing reception and auction finale Sat. April 24th, 7-9pm
Best in Show: $500 Cash Prize
Sale of Work: Artists receive 50% of the proceeds from the sale of their work. The other 50% is donated to art programs benefitting children in the Springfield area.
Liability: Good Girl Art Gallery will exercise all due care in handling submitted pieces, but will not be responsible for loss or damage or replacement except for loss by theft or fire. Work cannot be shipped or transported. It is the responsibility of each artist to pick up their work at the end of the selection process or after the exhibit.
